For a long time, Christians have held a traditional, biblical, and conservative view on marriage, one that is heterosexual and reflects God's original design for male and female companionship.

They often view same-sex relationships as incompatible with biblical teachings, citing passages such as Leviticus 18:22 and Romans 1:26-27. They may see same-sex marriage as a departure from God's design for human relationships and hold that marriage is an institution created by God to be between opposite-sex partners (ChatGPT)."
But, some Christians are starting to change their stances on same-sex marriage. Some are finding a middle ground and others are compromising for a more progressive view.
